Founded by a Red Seal chef with roots in Sri Lanka, Green Escape Catering combines global expertise with a deep passion for showcasing local ingredients. After living and working in culinary hotspots like Italy, Dubai, England, and the Maldives, our founder was inspired to bring the diverse flavors of the world back home to Pictou County.
